Kosher is not something I grew up with but since getting married has certainly become part of my life. Would definitely like to learn more about the markets for this food and what’s available out there beyond what my wife’s family makes for Passover.

This wednesday night, the Food Network will actually present a real challenge – cooking Kosher for a chef known for his fondness of everything from pigs.
I’m interested to see how legitimately Kosher he has to be.
