Sad to see that Ruth’s Kitchen is only open three days a week in the summer (Wed., Thurs. and Fri.).

More open hours would mean more business (and yes, more labor expenses).

I didn’t go on Sunday, but I went last night to get some food. There is definitely new stuff in the display cases. I got stuffed(meat) eggplant and stuffed(meat and rice) grape leaves for my wife and she said they were very good.
