By the way, a friend and I were comparing briskets, and his use of pecan wood made for a very tasty brisket. Seemsthere are at least 4 people in our community who regularly smoke meat for Shabbos, so it may be time to make a pilgrimage to our neck of the world pretty soon. BS”D
