i just got back from isreal i did my own culinary tour and yes tzvi i did go to moaz and loved it but the 2 finer dining resturants i thought were best was gabril's right near ben yehuda just a great menu and food deff get the veal carpaccio and really evrything was great except the goose leg confit wasnt done right and the veal tartar tasted more like the ceviche and way too cured. the other resturant if hidden of the shuk its called zachiku a real isreali nighborhood place so its cheap and just really great food and evry friday they have a speacial menu. and the meat resturant 1868 across from davids citidel is overrated and way overpriced

Thanks for the link, duvy. What I have in mind is more like a 10-day trip, not a whole month, but incorporating the JSKCA as a stop on the trip might be a good idea.
