		<description>Sounds like you got the brownies to work, but if you still want to experiment I'd try the recipe using Earth Balance margarine (in sticks).  It's non-hydrogenated.  I've been using is in all of my parve baking and really like it.</description>

		<description>i made these for yontiv this year. they weren't very sweet, more of a dark chocolate brownie. and they were so fudgy and dense. do they need baking soda or something to get them to rise a bit?</description>
