sometimes the threat of a lawsuit will get them to settle. I would send them a letter certified to their owner and see what their response is.

BS"D

Well, I don't think we'll be buying them. Because of Joseph Gallo's misrepresentation, we ate nonkosher cheese and used it in our utensils, notably our sandwich grill, which we then had to toss. And although I emailed to their customer service, I got no response. I then told them I would sue in small claims court for the costs associated with their misrepresentation (which, it turns out, were over $100), and still got no response. And I would have actually gone through with it, but my wife just wanted to let it go, so I did. But the customer service response was so bad, with not even an apology, much less a compensation, that my feeling is that no matter how good and how cheap their cheese is, I won't buy it. I just can't believe they would do what they did and not even apologize, but that's exactly what happened.
