And although I emailed to their customer service, I got no response. I then told them I would sue in small claims court for the costs associated with their misrepresentation (which, it turns out, were over $100), and still got no response. And I would have actually gone through with it, but my wife just wanted to let it go, so I did. But the customer service response was so bad, with not even an apology, much less a compensation, that my feeling is that no matter how good and how cheap their cheese is, I won't buy it. I just can't believe they would do what they did and not even apologize, but that's exactly what happened. BS”D
