I think you could have gotten more useful info by asking some simple demographics, attitudes toward kashrut, kosher behaviors, shopping, eating, and cooking habits in addition to attitudes about stores, bakeries, and restaurants. For example, I may not shop at stores in Stoughton because I live in Brookline. Or, I may not need to shop at the Butcherie because I am a vegetarian and don't get my produce there. Maybe next time... What was the purpose of the survey? For example, the Cambridge Trader Joe's has refrigerated Empire chickens, chicken breasts, and ground turkey, and the Porter Square Star Market usually has frozen Empire roasting chickens. The last time I was there, the Brighton Mills Star Market carried all kinds of kosher meat including steak.
