		<description>I've recovered the recipe and updated the original post to include it. (As an aside: Cook's Illustrated's website is terrible.  You'd think that with such a beautifully laid-out magazine, they'd be more thoughtful with their website design, both in terms of aesthetics and information architecture.)</description>
