Chili Recipe Updated
In advance of next week’s Super Bowl, I’ve revised my chili recipe to reflect two years of cooking it. A great way to feed a crowd, either during the Super Bowl or for Shabbos lunch. Try it with vegan cornbread, or forget the chili and make kosher jambalaya with Neshama Gourmet andouille sausages.

The link for the began cornbread does not appear to be working. Is there any way you can post the recipe?
I’ve recovered the recipe and updated the original post to include it. (As an aside: Cook’s Illustrated’s website is terrible. You’d think that with such a beautifully laid-out magazine, they’d be more thoughtful with their website design, both in terms of aesthetics and information architecture.)
I really appreciate the vegan cornbread recipe. I haven’t had a chance to make it yet, but I bought some ground flaxseed and am looking forward to using it.
