		<description>This recipe is PHENOMENAL.  I think it belongs under "tastes like treyf."  Yes, it was more work than it appeared at first glance -- took about an hour and dirtied half the pots and bowls in my kitchen -- but it also tasted even better than I expected.  Worth the trouble, but make it on a weekend.</description>
