I've been pretty happy with the Danablu, and Miller's blue cheese crumbles are surprisingly good as well (a little less tangy).

In our travels to find kosher cheese that doesn't lack so much flavor as to not be eligible for a brakha, we've run across two blue cheese products. One product - the name escapes me - was made without rennet (how does that work?), other was the Sol Danablu product. Both products were much better than the average kosher cheese - they're so sharp they almost bite you back ;-)

bShalom,

I've never heard of Hanoked Dairy (as mentioned in the cheese article) ... good kosher gorgonzola would be a coup. Anyone seen their products stateside?
