I, too, caught that grilled pizza recipe... since first seeing grilled pizza made by the Al Forno folks on PBS several years ago, I've been longing to try it. Of course, I only have a fleishig grill, so I'll have to wait until we throw a Kosher Blog party at your place. BYOB (bring your own blowtorch)?
