I’m looking to sell pareve ice-creams, as there is such a demand here for it. How do i stop pareve ice-creams from melting so quickly?
I’m sure the orley whip we use here is the main reason that the ice-cream melts so quickly, is there some ingredient I can add to the ice-cream to make it stay cooler for longer?
