Shalom everybody?

I’m looking to sell pareve ice-creams, as there is such a demand here for it. How do i stop pareve ice-creams from melting so quickly?

I’m sure the orley whip we use here is the main reason that the ice-cream melts so quickly, is there some ingredient I can add to the ice-cream to make it stay cooler for longer?

Please help,
thanks so much

Devin.

I heard that there will soon be a kosher-parve ice cream available this summer 2006 in the Boston.

There are all kinds of stabilizers I am told which help stabilize the product so that it doesn’t melt so quickly. You should consult with a kosher food technologist. Perform at internet search for kosher food technical consultants. Good Luck!!
