Just found your site as I was preparing to go to Kosherfest myself, and saw your wish list for a STEP-BY-STEP KASHRUT GUIDE. There is one, just out, by yours truly (yes, self-promotion here, but not a reason not to let you know). Called How to Keep Kosher, published by William Morrow, just released end of August. It&#039;s been favorably reviewed by the likes of the New York Times, Chicago Tribune, Washington Post, and is available in most major bookstores, and the Israel Book Shop in Brookline (met KosherBachelor.com at Kosherfest, who said you&#039;re from the Boston area, as am I).
