I don't think the soups would suffer much if the sodium content would be drastically reduced - call it Tradition Instant Noodle Soup - Lite. I hope Tradition reads this and pays attention to the sodium concern. If you can still find one of the old ones (it's the older packaging if the styrofoam cup is wrapped in plastic) try that one and compare. St ay away from the mac and cheese though!
