It has the perfect spice to it, and a little goes a long way. I usually grill up a 1/2 dozen chichen breasts, dice them up and cover with the sauce. Meals for day's and very healthy! The sauce is tasty, but tastes nothing like any general tzo's saucs that I've ever had in any Kosher resteraunt. I am not usually a big fan of salmon (finding that unless it is absolutely fresh, it takes on a distinct "fishy" taste that I don't find with Tuna or many others which I enjoy more), but when it was glazed with the Iron Chef Gen.
