The matzah they make during the rest of the year is presumably for non-Passover uses, and is thus not made to the same Passover-kashrut standard (which I imagine is more expensive to do). They note that the year-round matzah is in a 10-ounce box, while the Passover matzah is in a 16-ounce box, plus is marked specifically with the word "Passover".My recommendation to you would be to notify the manager of your local market that non-Passover matzah products should not be put out during this season when it might be confused with legitimate Passover matzah.
