I will like to buy, natural or artificial sausage casings. I am a Sepharadic jew we preferred natural casings, and our Kosher sausages are round 1-3/8" or flat sausages made for beef or lamb. We do not eat hot-dogs.
Thanks

I just tried the Neshama Spicy Italian Sausage with a little basmati rice. It was so moist and delicious.
The casing was not at all tough like some sausages
I have tried.
