Jon: We'll have full details about Neshama's availability with our SausageFest coverage. The short answer is: within the next few months they expect to have online sales.

How do you get Neshama products? They're web site isn't really active. Aside to Ardbeg78: Did you try the smoked chicken apple? It's pretty tasty.

PolishItalianMergezIn that order.End of story.BTW, Jeffs ships, although his FedEx pricing is astronomocal. Better to hook up with someone who flies to LA frequently for business

Mike-- it's a little of both. I try to take my non-Kosher experiences and apply them to my (now) Kosher lifestyle. I remember what things are "supposed" to taste like, so I can say if the Kosher version is true to the original. Hence, the "treif eye."On the other hand, I like to show the treif world that you don't have to miss out on much if you're Kosher. You may have to work a little harder, but you can enjoy the same flavors. Plus, the spiritual benefits are a good perk. Hence, "Kosher eye."Take your pick!

OK, you folks taste, enjoy and review. As a long time Jeff's fan I want to say how lucky you are! I really like all the products that I've tried. The smoked apple chicken, merguez, and cajun chicken are excellent. We had the cajun Monday night in a chicken jambalaya in honor of Mardi Gras. (OK it's a little complicated being kosher and originally from New Orleans) Happy eating.
