		<description>I'd guess that you'd mostly follow restrictions for any budget diet -- little meat (even non-kosher meat is expensive compared to most other food staples), lots of beans and other legumes, a variety of good-quality in-season produce from a farmer's market or other inexpensive source, and really good spices.But I do keep the Campbell VV Soup-At-Hand in the desk drawer in my office for emergency lunch.  ;)</description>
