I really liked the two different kinds of cheddars, has a different taste to most of the bland kosher cheddars currently on the market. Both were wonderful, very flavorful and nice to just nibble away at. I'll be trying out more varieties over time. Very fresh testing. They were slightly clumbly, with a good balance of moisture. The flavorings were also well balanced. A good thing to pick up when you're in NY.
